Yes I got my page for today done again. The prompt for today was 'Little girls' dreams". My dream has always been to live on a farm. The closest I will ever get is living where I live now and that is out in the country at our cabin.

LOAD Day 5
Yes I got another one done. To day the prompt would normally be a follow up from yesterday's promt.
Yesterday - The more things change - Today's prompt - The more they stay the same. Of course we can interpret our prompts the way we want or not use them at all. But again I decided to put my own spin on this one and used Leo's love for photography. Hope you enjoy the Layout and feel free to leave a comment.

LOAD Day #4
Today's prompt - The More Things Change - was much harder for me to work with. What to pick? I do not have the right photos from my or Leo's past. Our photo albums are still at our old house and Leo has not been digital for that long so not too many photos on his computer. I have only had my camera for 2 years so again not too many photos either. Next is trying to find the photos on the computer! Another battle. But I did find some fun photos of our granddaughter so she became my subject and inspiration for this layout.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

LOAD Day #3
Another day another LOAD. This time I got to use 2 more of my 'old' pictures.
Our prompt for today was - Who I Am Now! Basically it was saying about what we did or thought about when we were young and how we think and do about these things now.

Day #2 of LOAD
This is day #2 of LOAD and today's clue was 'Your favourite picture'.
I really have many favourite pictures but unfortunately they are all in our old house so I have no access to them. Instead I decided to scrap about my favourite person - My husband

I had a difficult time with this one trying to make the photos 'fit'. I have just a few small photos to work with and had to scan them in. My scanner works great but the end result makes a fairly small photo which I somehow had to place without making them look lost. But I feel I succeeded.

Another Digi Lay Out
This month I should be doing lots of digi-layouts as I joined LOAD 212 which means that for the month of February I get a daily email encouraging me to make a Layout with a special subject. Today the subject was
You've Got Good Taste. This is my take on it.
I hope to document my life from birth until now with pictures and stories by using LOAD as my tool to making the scrap book pages.
Please check back daily or weekly to see how I am doing.

My Newest Card
I just finished this card in time for a birthday in February. I used the Saturday Sketch for January for the Michael Strong group. I also tried to follow Nicol Magouirk ideas on how to photograph your cards and LayOuts for the web. This was a Webinar offered by Lain Ehmann. Really a great Webinar and I learned lots.
A close up of the stamp I used on the base card. I used versamark to stamp the image. The flowers I made by colouring some white card stock and punch them out. Applied Glossy Accents to give it a 'button' look.
Close up of the largest tulip. I used Sakura pens to colour the image and then highlighted the black lines with a glitter Sakura pen.
The finished card. And like Nicol suggested to put some of the used supplies with the picture to make it more attractive.
